College students and graduates unemployment has been increasingly one of the biggest concerns around the world:
- Those aged 25 years and younger, account for nearly 40 percent of the world's population.
- The number of youths between the ages of 15 and 25 is approximately 1.2 billion (youth constitute 18 percent of the global population).
- 700 million unemployed youth (15-25 years old) worldwide
- 75 million young people are trained but have no job
- 1 billion+ youth worldwide will enter the labor market in the next 10 years – rate of market demand increases 14.6% annually - and large numbers of them will face a future of irregular and informal employment.
- Almost 90% of all young people live in developing countries.
- Youth are approximately three times more likely to be unemployed than adults.

Qualifications
To qualify, participants must be:
- A college student or graduate (dropouts are welcomed too).
- From variety of professional and educational backgrounds,
- Intellectually curious, love a challenge, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and enjoy solving problems that do not have easy answers.
